The Best of The Bucket Bags . . .

There have been many bag trends this season, from baskets, to bead and now to buckets. The brand on every influencers lips (and instagram accounts) has been Staud, their leather and net style bucket bags have been a must have holiday item.

One can see the appeal in the design and they certainly photograph well but in reality like the beaded bag trend I think really can you actually fit everything you need in it?

Shopper styles have also popped up on the highstreet which at least you can fit your Summer essentials in but I think the design somewhat looses its appeal the bigger it gets. I've done a little round up of the best styles around including a couple of the much coveted Staud styles.

The Best Beaded Bags To Buy Now

This trend reminds me of bags I used to have when I was a little girl, you know the ones I mean, the kind you got in party bags and that you would lovingly carry around with all your prized possessions, your favourite glitter pen, hair clip and fake gold coins. Anyway this style of bag has made a return but in a more grown up style and now is one of the top Summer trends for this year.

Now I'm not sure it is the most practical bag trend as most styles are still almost as small as your childhood versions but alas everyone on Instagram are big fans of it's older ladylike sister.

Few Current Favourites . . .

So just a quick post about a few things I've spotted over the last few weeks that I love, although I probably could not afford some of the below or justify the cost I just wanted to share a few wonders with you all.

First is a brand I spotted via instagram called Anni Lu, now I am in love with the below earrings and I would really love to own a pair of these, but alas I can't justify the €269 price tag. If anyone has money they want to part with, send a pair of these my way!

Zara have a gold metallic basket bag that I also love, it's like a glorified picnic basket but I kind of love it. Not though enough to spend almost £70 on it though, still pretty to look at!

Finally I really want the below Third Eye ring from jewellery brand July Child but again I can't quite justify the £200 price tag right now with my budget as much as I am tempted too! Look how beautiful this silver and opal ring is:

Seashells On The Sea Shore 🐚

Another trend I have spotted on instagram famous bloggers and journalists alike is seashell inspired jewellery. The brands on all of their lips are Tohum and Wald.
