Get the Look . . .

Now this is not something I have done before but I just happened to be watching a music video by the lovely Lorde and while shopping for New Years bits I stumbled on a perfect get the look outfit.

Here is the video for the song Yellow Flicker Beat by Lorde, used in the latest Hinger Games film.

There of course is a particular look that I am trying to recreate and it is this one below . . .

Now I know these aren't the best images but if you watch the video you will see what I mean.
So I found these great get the look pieces from ASOS. The only difference is that Lorde's are loose fitting and this look is fitted but as you will see it gives the same great look.

I think Lorde looks brilliant in this red set and I think this ASOS set is just as good.
Although the trousers are not high waisted like Lorde's they equally look good with the crop top.
A bold look for a bold lady!

What do you think of Lorde's look?

It's Party Time!

Is it just me, or has this year now we are close to the end seemed to go really quickly?
I feel like I personally have accomplished a lot this year that I am proud of and hope you all feel the same. I don't know how you will all be spending you New Years, but hopefully you will be with good company and of course a bottle or two of bubbly.
I can however show you some great last minute buys, perfect for the welcoming in 2015!
Now I'm going to show you a variety of styles as I know we are not all built to be able to wear amazing jumpsuits or maxi dresses, I am too small to be able to pull these off unless I had killer heels!

Without anymore nattering here we go here are some of the best outfits that I've found!

To go to the product page click here
Starting with this striking red one shoulder playsuit. I love how they have designed this piece with the sweetheart neckline and the slight gathered detail under the bust, adding to the silhouette of this piece. If you have the legs for this pieces I would dare to be the lady in red on New Years eve. You will steal the show and still look demure and elegant no matter how much you have had to drink! This piece again is selling out quick so if you like it grab it now!

Now if like me you are a huge fan of LBD's you will love this simple next piece.

To go to the product page click here
How beautiful is this dress! Simple on the front with a slight glimpse of lace detail on the low v-front but then you turn around to show this stunning back. A simple and elegant piece unfortunately for me at least I can't wear these dresses because I would have to wear a bra which as you can imagine will totally ruin the effect of the back. So ladies with smaller busts make the most of this dress as you will look incredible!

To go to the product page click here
Now I just am so in love with this dress it is a bit ridiculous. If you have read my blog before you will know I have a serious problem with lace dresses, they are like pokemon I have to have them all! So what is special about this dress? Well it is in a beautiful shade of burgundy, it has an embellished top, and a cheeky bit of mesh panelling. It is really beautiful and would make you stand out for all the right reasons, yes it is a revealing dress but hasn't it been done in such an elegant way?

To go to the product page click here
Now I haven't looked at FCUK in a long time, mainly because it was out of my price range but I thought it is a great place for dresses for special occasions, expensive yes but well made and cut from brilliant quality fabrics it is also. Anyway I found this great dress, I love the simpleness again of the design but I just love the heavily embellished neckline. This will sparkle in the strobe lights or candle lights depending on your event. I really like this dress and am seriously considering making a splurge on it.

To go to the product page click here
Finally this cool dress, it reminds me of the Art Deco designs from the recent Great Gatsby film. I love the shapes and how they have been places on the body, although this dress could look busy to you it will help show off your curves to a T. The neckline will also give you a cheeky flash or cleavage, again we are talking classy not tacky. I cannot wait to be home in Jan when I can go and try this beauty on and hopefully take it home with me.

Finally my favourite 3 New Year Accessories . . .

How perfectly fitting are these three bags/ clutches! The first well I don't think I need to say anything to persuade you about it! The next a pale pink bubbly bottle again what is not to like, this is also available in white if you are not a huge fan of the pink. Finally if your trying to make a point to someone about the midnight kiss you can always point to your bag they will get the message.

What will you be wearing this New Year?
I think I will be wearing a black lace, yes what a surprise, body con dress and a statement necklace. I'll instagram a picture of my outfit on the day. I hope you all have a wonderful day whatever you are doing and that you have a happy and successful 2015!

Sale Time . . .

Merry Christmas Everyone! Few days late I know, I hope you all had a wonderful day with your friends and family!
I'm currently writing this from Holland as I am staying with my family for the festive period.
Seeing as I am in Holland, I'm doing my sale shopping online. Tomorrow I will be heading into town here to do some serious shopping, when the snow thaws a bit more.

So here are my top 3 pieces available from the H&M, Topshop, and River Island.

Let's start with my favourite store H&M . . .
For Individual Prices Click Here
Now I have been in love with this green dress since it first arrived in store and now it is half price in the sale!! Now I think a few others have spotted this as it is selling out very fast! So if you love it as much as me I would buy it asap. Next this sweater, I just love the fabric it has been cut from, the weave is brighter when you see it in person and really makes a statement, I think the use of black ribbing for the finishings works really well and makes the pattern jump out at you even more. Imagine this sweater with a tailored pair of black trousers! Finally everybody loves a hoodie,I love this one as it is super long and so would be great for throwing on over a dress to keep you warm, or again also this would look good with black or even patterned tailored trousers, I will certainly be buying one of these.

Now onto Topshop . . .

For Individual Prices Click Here
Now if you are looking for some sequin pieces or just metallics this is the sale you should be going to! There are so many pieces to choose from it's crazy!
I love these three the most, these T-Bar shoes are to die for, I love the classical shape in the fun glitter and with the subtle silver metal band at the bottom of the heel, which makes these look more than a gimmick shoe. These shoes can make any outfit look party ready, and classy. Moving onto this skirt, I love the mermaid scale like effect the sequins have, and then the addition of the net trim at the bottom to make it a more grungy piece. Great with a black top or sweatshirt thrown on top. Finallt unusually for me I love these white sparkle brogues, I love silver and other metallics but I'm not a huge fan of white pieces but I do love these, I can see them matched with a nice pair of black trousers or even with a white pair to add a bit of sparkle. Suitable for work and for play and in the sale why would you not buy them!

River Island . . .

For Individual Prices Click Here
Now River Island, to be honest I though I would see more that I liked in the sale, but these were the only three things I saw that I thought were nice or interesting buys. First of all these fabulous high waisted red velvet shorts, tailored to perfection this will look brilliant on anyone and will be very flattering. Next this navy and white striped crop top, I just love the cut of this piece, and they way they have used the striped pattern to achieve a simple yet striking statement, Finally these faux green snake print slip on flatforms, usually I am not a huge flatform fan but I do like these they just stand out to me and would add a bit of interest to any work outfit.

Which bits will you be buying?

Savage Beauty . . .

So as this year is quickly drawing to a close, it is only getting closer to 2015 which is bringing one of the most highly anticipated exhibitions to the V&A. Yes of course it is Alexander McQueen's Savage Beauty retrospective. I personally cannot wait. As I have mentioned before I am a huge Alexander McQueen fan and have been since his early days. An incredible talent he along with designer Vivienne Westwood inspired me to study fashion design at University and his legacy continues to inspire me.

McQueen has so many memorable collections and pieces that it is so hard to put them all together but the Farfetch team have managed to do it! In this infographic they have managed to put together fashion illustrations depicting some of his most memorable shows in chronological order, which really shows McQueen's fashion evolution throughout his too short a career.

My personal favourite was the show that he put together with milliner Philip Treacy in memory of their dear friend Isabella Blow, who sadly died shortly before McQueen himself. This show was all the more memorable as it was planned and constructed with love for their dear departed friend. Showing McQueen's Spring / Summer 2008 collection named 'La Dame Bleue'. If you listen closely you can hear that Isabella Blow talking on the track. It is my favourite as it paired two of the most talented craftsmen together and boy was it a show to remember!

What is your favourite McQueen Moment?

The exhibition opens on March 14th 2015 and closes on July 19th 2015, but is already the talk of the town and it is still months away!
I've recently bought my tickets and would recommend you doing so too, as boy oh boy are they selling out quickly, there are currently no weekend tickets available online for the month of March.

You don't want to miss out on this one I can promise you that!

Wednesday Icon . . .

I know it has been a while since I shared a Wednesday Icon with you but this one is worth the wait!
Today I have chosen a woman who has been named the most famous living artist right now. The force of nature that is Yayoi Kusama.

Now this woman is extraordinary! I am a huge fan of her work and of her. Yayoi Kusama is a painter, film maker, sculptor, entrepreneur, fashion designer, ect, the list really does go on! Before you sits a women who put herself into a mental institution because she feared what she would do to herself, a woman who lived in a flat in New York with no heating so all she could do to keep herself warm was to paint manically till she could paint no more, I'm talking days without sleep and not much food. Her work is all about self-obliteration, she covers everything she sees in dots to return it to its natural state. Her dots have made her famous, in the 60's she used to cover bodies in dots at raves, which soon turned into orgies, and used to have naked demonstrations around New York.

Her work is sold for billions and the price is only going up for this artist. She had a huge exhibition on at the Tate Modern a couple of years ago which brought her work to the attention of new generations.

She has also collaborated with fashion house Louis Vuitton, and appeared in Selfridges windows all over the world. Celebrities were also desperate to wear her pieces and Mr George Clooney also grazed the front cover of W Magazine in one of her suits.

If you are interested in this fascinating women I would recommend the autobiography Infinity Net, click here to be taken to the Tate shop to see the book. I have not been able to put it down, if you want to learn more about this woman please have a read there are too many interesting facts to write all in this one post.

I hope she inspires you all to research more into her life, a truly fascinating talent, one I am sure the world will never see again.

Jumpsuits . . .

While online shopping recently I've noticed there is a vast variety of black strapless jumpsuits.
Now more recently jumpsuits have become a wardrobe staple for all of us ladies and of course a black jumpsuit is more flattering for all kinds of body shapes. If however like me you haven't bought one yet now is the time, with so many interesting ones available we would be silly not too!
So here are my top 5 strapless jumpsuits for you to pine over . . .

For Individual Prices Click Here
Starting with number 1, we have this wonderful ruched bandeau jumpsuit, I think this is a classy number, and I really like the detail of the waist bow too. I think this might be my personal favourite, this one is priced at £27.99 by New Look.
Number 2 we have this rather glam sequinned number, perfect for any parties this Christmas or New Year. Now this one is from Lipsy so is a little bit more expensive at £70 but think of it as an investment piece, as i mentioned before these flattering jumpsuits will be one of your most used wardrobe staples.
Number 3 we have a jumpsuit with pleated details on the tapered cut trousers. With hidden support panels this piece does help hold you assets in place which is always a good thing we want no accidents on the dance floor! Now this jumpsuit is priced at £30 so again quite reasonable for a quality piece.
At number 4 we have this rather special plunge front jumpsuit with a heavily embellished bodice.
Now there are not very many of these left so if you like it step on it before it goes, now this is the most expensive at £98 but so worth it, a very elegant, yet party ready piece.
Finally number 5 a jumpsuit with a tailored corset top, and finished with wide leg tailored trousers. This is another great number as unlike others I have seen it does offer you a wide trouser, which can help accentuate you curves, and give you the appearance of an hour glass.

Which is your favourite?

Coats, Coats, Coats

So I finally managed to go coat shopping today and found an absolute beauty!
I have seen a great selection of coats around on the high street at the moment so I will show you a few of my favourites in this post, and also show you my lovely coat!

Starting of course with a fur number, unless you have been hiding in your bed for the last couple of weeks you would have not noticed the massive amount of fur coats, in various styles and dare I say colours! How fabulous is this faux fur ombre effect coat!!

I think this coat is edgy and also very glamorous, an easy piece to wear day to night.
Moving on we have another coat from M&S, I have featured it before but after seeing it and trying it on it remains one of my favourite coats around this season.

Now this coat does come in a large range of colours but this one, as well as the bright yellow version is my favourite, imagine this coat over a nice black fine knit jumper and leather skinny trousers, perfect!
Now this next coat has been in the press a lot recently and it is a leopard print faux fur coat by none other than Florence and Fred by Tesco!

This coat looks so warm and cosy doesn't it!
As far as I am aware this coat keeps selling out as soon as more stock is brought into stores, so if you love this coat make sure you snap one up online before they are all gone!

Next this great black coat from River Island, I love the fur details on this collar, I also like that it is only on the top of the collar. I think this will be on my Christmas list this year. A great coat that can be thrown on for any occasion.

Finally my new coat!

I love this long biker style jacket, with zip details on the pockets and on the front for fastening. This coat is figure hugging, yes I know in the image above it does not look like it but trust me it is! Personally I will not be using the waist tie to fasten the coat but instead tying it behind my back helping to keep the fitted shape even when the coat is open.

What coat are you wearing this Winter?

Sunday Splurge . . .

So it's Sunday and boy oh boy do I have a great Christmas Party Dress for you today,
what's better than that I hear you say, well I have a Splurge and a Save version of this product too!
Without further ado here is this weeks Splurge . . .

For Product Info Click Here

So how fabulous is this dress, especially for all the festive parties coming up this season!
This dress has a low V back which adds a cheeky touch I think considering the front of the dress isn't so revealing. I really like that this dress is a bit more demure for a sequinned dress, as more recently they all seem a bit cheap. This dress although my splurge is still only retailing at £40 which isn't too bad really is it for such a great dress. It also has a hidden zip that finishes at the point of the V on the back of the dress, which is a great design feature as it allows for perfect fit bit also allows you to manoeuvre yourself into this body con dress, as remember although it is a body con there is no give in the fabric making it more difficult to shimmy in.

Onto my Save version . . .

For Product Info Click Here
Now considering these dresses are from the same high street shop, yes it is my favourite H&M, they are similar and yet both so reasonably priced the save dress is only £9.99 yes how great is that! Though I would mention that this dress unlike the other does not have a zip to help you get in so is a bit more fiddly to get into, I am a size 10-12 and I was finding that I was having to try and wiggle a size 16 over me just so I could get into, So I would recommend you try this one on before buying it.

What will you be wearing this festive season?

SS15 . . .

So finally apologies for the lateness in this post but here is my Spring / Summer 15 what you need to know I'm going to do a quick catch up of all the big trends we will be following, just so you're ready when the time comes.
So without further ado trend here are our trends . . .

Denim
Now it doesn't matter what shade or hue of blue you wear, as long as it's denim you will be ok and look the part.
70's Flare
Now a number of designers seemed to be looking back into the seventies archives to bring back some interesting trends, such as sharp tailoring paired with flares, Henry Holland's bold florals, MaxMara's seventies silhouettes, and who could doubt or question the strong seventies influence on Emilio Pucci's collection!
Bohemia
Again look at Emilio Pucci and Etro's collections the strong bohemian references were to hard not to spot.
Barbie
Now what 90's kid didn't like Aqua's song I'm a Barbie girl? No, I can't think of any either. Well if you have always dreamed of being a Barbie girl this is your season. Now I hear you ask which designer has made our 5 year old selves jump for joy, Moschino! Of course other designers followed suite as you can see below with hints of Barbie pink popping up in Milan, Paris, New York and London.
Party Time
Yes it was at LFW that we saw a number of designers who showed colourful sequinned covered collections and shimmering metallics in various cuts and styles.
Floral Fancies
A number of designers chose to add beautiful delicate floral embellished touches to their collections. A number of them almost had an ethereal feel to them. Take a look for yourself . . .
So now you know what you have to look forward too for SS15
Cannot wait!

Sunday Splurge . . .

So today I made it down to Miista shoes sample sale, unfortunely for me most of the shoes my size had of course been sold to those who went on the days before.
What a great event though, I will be down there at the front of the next sample sale queue just you wait and see.
Anyway my Sunday Splurge this week are a pair of Miista shoes, named Lena

How fab are these boots, I am in love. Now I have loved Missta for a while now and I can't see this love affair ending anytime soon. These shoes will look great on anyone's feet and I can guarantee that they will be super duper comfortable.
Anyway if you love these boots like me or want to see what other wonderful creations are available at miista shoes click here.

Autumn Hues . . .

So now we are at the start of Autumn, well after our random heat burst.
Now the look I have put together today is of course to be paired with thick tights to keep warm on a crisp morning. Without further ado here is my look of the day . . .

For Individual Prices Click Here . . .
So yes I know florals are a clear focus in this look, but seeing as they are dark hues I think they are the perfect florals for autumn. Now this playsuit is elegant and stylish with a lovely wrap front. A very flattering shape, although a little short for the winter, of course this is were tights come in very handy! To keep your feet warm pair this short playsuit with these tall boots, I love the gold details and finishings on these boots, I think they make them look very expensive, definitely more expensive than the £60 price tag. Throw over a long blazer inspired coat, I do have a weakness for blazers and jackets as I am sure you already have noticed. This piece is wonderful as you have that extra length which in winter is much appreciated as you can imagine. Now onto the backpacks, New Look are onto a winner with this design, I featured this backpack a while ago in white with a geometric grid pattern, now they have made a wonderful floral version of this bag and I am still in love with it! I don't think there could be a fault in this design. Finally onto this stunner of a necklace, yes it is a show stopper but why not have a wonderful necklace to top off this wonderful Autumn look.

What are you wearing this Autumn?

Trend My Way . . .

So I thought it was time for a trend piece, I have chosen the rather feisty leopard print trend for this post.
As I'm sure you will have noticed recently you really cannot go anywhere without seeing that leopard print is going to be big this season.
Here I have pulled a look together of how I would style this look, dare I say I would even sport it to London Fashion Week which kicks off at the end of this week and weekend.

For Individual Prices Click Here
So to start as the base of this look I have chosen this rather expensive designer faux fur coat, of course there are great options for our price range available on the high street. With this coat as the main feature I would put it with a simple LBD as lets face it most of the time you would want to be wrapped up in it not have it open and you exposed to the elements, yes I know its not winter yet. Next I would pair it with a simple elegant leather clutch bag, as this is a glamorous / relaxed look I think a big bag would be too much. Moving onto the footwear, I think these leopard print Palladium Boots are just perfect for this look, they give enough impact to stand out when you take off the coat, but while you are wearing it it very much compliments the overall look perfectly. Next to accessories, this look gets a bit of sparkle with this Orelia ring, which you may recognise as one of this weeks Wednesday Want, I think its elegance works really well with this look. The hat, you have to admit it does add to the look having it there, I love a good hat unfortunately I seem to be someone that can only pull off a few styles of hat, luckily though this is one of them! I really love the shape of this black hat, pay day purchase, I think so!
Next to add a bit of colour, no I am not referring to the black nail varnish but of course the dash of red from the Rimmel lipstick. Lipstick is just such a great way to get an instant splash of colour or to add some drama to your look, and of course to sport leopard print you have to be a rather sexy and feisty kind of women, so red is just a brilliant colour to go for.

Anyway I hope you like this look as much as me!

Wednesday Want . . .

So tonight I am unveiling this weeks Wednesday Wants, yes I couldn't just pick one, so without further ado here there are . . .

Now all three of these rings are from the lovely brand Orelia, now I have spotted their lovely delicate designs in the boutique part of Topshop, but after making a point of exploring their website I am definitely in love!
So here are my three favourite rings, starting at the bottom and working my way up, this teardrop shape is so stunning. This ring is perfect for adding something special to a simple outfit, also a great piece to take you from day to night, think about how much this ring will sparkle in the light.
Number two is the vintage inspired piece with a crystal in the centre of the above image. Vintage jewellery is my favourite kind of jewellery I love finding pieces that no one else will have, now yes this is vintage inspired but how gorgeous is this almost art deco inspired ring? I really want this piece, I'm thinking pay day buy!
Finally number three, the simply elegant and effortless charm of this ring caught my attention as soon as my eyes met with its image on the rings page of Orelia's website. The delicate and fine band give this piece as delicate feel, feminine and pretty I don't think anyone could dislike this ring. I love that the gold has been mixed with the blue gem stone in the centre of the ring, this piece will look good with a tan, just saying.

Do you like Orelia as much as me? Check out their other products here . . .
Another great point to mention about this wonderful brand is that they are very well priced!
The pieces I are all £12 how brilliant is that, and they are made from quality materials!
I think I will be buying a lot form this jewellery brand!

What do you think?

Style It Palladium . . .

As promised here is a style it post based around my new Palladium boots.
I've done two looks for you today, so lets start . . .

This look is pretty chilled as you can see and is something that would be suitable for a day in my office. Edgy yet comfortable this is the perfect outfit, also being all black the Palladium's help add a bright pop of colour into this look, the nail varnish helps too of course.

I love this look, I think the dress compliments the boots perfectly, picking up the hues at the bottom of the print. Onto we have a black plain kimono, now I do love a kimono as I am sure that you know and it is so easy to just throw over an outfit and make yourself look effortlessly cool. The Palladium's definitely give this look an edge. Totally ordering this dress now as it matches my shoes so perfectly!

How will you style yours?

Palladium Boots

Now if you like Dr Martens and Timberland boots, let me tell you Palladium are better. Not only does this footwear brand have an interesting history, starting originally by manufacturing tires for the aviation industry back in the 1920's, Palladium continued to making tires up and till after World War II when they decided to start making functional, durable and comfortable boots which were later worn by the French Foreign Legion while they travelled and explored the harsh desert conditions of North Africa.

Palladium are still inspired by their traditional designs of the past, but they also always attempt to adapt their designs to fit into the ever-changing world and environments.

They have also started an interesting video Explorer Series which features people exploring their cities of course with Palladium Boots. So far they have explored NYC, Toronto, LA, Rotterdam, Hong Kong, Berlin, Johannesburg, Milan, Manchester, Tel Aviv, Paris, and Melbourne. Where will be next?

Now to show you all some of their awesome boots.

For Prices Click Here
Now to my pair I chose the awesome Duo Chrome in Black and Red

I just love them! I've been wearing them none stop ever since I received them.
I will do a How to Wear post tomorrow showing you how I style my Palladiums.

I'm also on their website at the moment!

Thank you Palladium Boots!

Where will my Palladiums take me?
I'll keep you posted!

Cuff It . . .

There is nothing better than a bit of gold shining in the summer sun and as most of you will have noticed most of us have been wearing it on our feet! Gold metal ankle straps on heels and gold strap details on sandals and slip ons, there is no reason not to wear this trend! I've found you my top 3 shoes online at the moment so you can get the most out of this trend, take a look below and see what you think  . . .

Number 1 we have these awesome turquoise heels with a gold ankle strap and gold toe detail. I just love these shoes what a stunning colour for the summer, think how good these heels will look with a tan! If that's not a good enough reason to buy these heels the price might be they are only £28 and as they are from New Look if you're a student you can get student discount, win!
Number 2 are these gold sandals from River Island, with a toe loop to keep these slip ons on these are a great summer purchase. If you have a holiday coming up or even if you are enjoying the summer sun here in England these shoes would be a great investment. Most flat's and especially slip ons fail to be able to take you from day to night but these would do the job perfectly, imagine them with a nice floaty dress on an evening out, bonus you will be able to feel your feet on the way home.
Finally number 3 we have these silver heels, now this is an especially good buy as silver shoes are having a bit of a moment so you will be rocking two trends in one piece. Look out for a piece on the top five silver shoes around at the moment, coming soon. I just love the added metal pieces on this shoe, the little strip on the heel and of course the ankle strap. These are the most expensive but at £55 they still are very reasonable.

Sunday Splurge . . .

So while having the usual look around at all the awesome shoes around at the moment, as a girl does I spotted these beauties!

How glamorous are these heels! Now these would have fitted perfectly in to a trend piece I did a while ago about bedazzled shoes. I mean this is always a great trend as what girl does not like a special pair of heels that just are there to wow! Think how good these shoes will look with your favourite LBD at that party you have coming up in a few weeks. At £50 I know it is a little bit of a splurge on an interns budget but how incredible are they, dilemma.
Have I tempted you? I've tempted myself, pay day buy I think!
Get these gorgeous shoes here

Have a lovely Sunday!

Monday Madness . . .

This week I am absolutely craving these M&S cashmere coats! Available in 11 different colours, and cut in a style that suit's all this is an investment piece. You will be having this coat for years to come and it will always be in fashion with its elegant classical shape. Also being made from cashmere think how soft they will feel on, you might never want to take them off!

Of course I love the yellow coat and its in my top three favourite colours but my other two favourites would have to be the green and the orange.
The green is just in the best tone isn't it wonderful and bright, but the orange is just a bit more edgy and modern. I just love these coats!

The Quirkier the Better . . .

So this summer we have already seen a ray of fruit inspired clutches, Moshino McDonald inspired phone cases, so where do we go next? Well it seems the quirkier your bag or clutch the cooler you become. New Look have been in many a magazine this summer with their lemon, watermelon and orange slice clutches which seem to be selling at a high pace, but have you spotted their new clutches? Ice cream Sundays, burgers and donuts galore this brand are really taking the biscuit so to speak. I want to get my little hands on the ice cream Sunday its just so much fun! Other brands of course are up to date with this quirky food inspired trend to but I personally think that New Looks range is the best, fun, great conversation starter and at such a great price! With priced at £12.99 what's stopping you?!?

I think when I get home my first stop from the airport will be a New Look, a fun ice cream sunday clutch to add to my slowly growing quirky bag collection. See my instagram to check out my other quirky pieces.
What's your favourite quirky clutch?
Hope your having a lovely holiday and enjoying the sun like me!

TBT

Firstly just want to say sorry for the lack of posts recently, now onto main event!
Boy do I have a good one for you, I had completely forgotten about this 90's trend until I recently spotted someone wearing something similar. This week I am talking about . . .

The bubble bag, yes this trend we all kind of wish we had forgotten, yet kinda wish we still had one of these bags just for shits and giggles.
Now I cannot honestly remember why these became popular but I can remember wanting one and having one. I had a rather cool silver one and used to take it everywhere. Although I want to say I stopped wearing and using it because it popped, it didn't I think I just outgrew it.
Funnily enough these bags are still available on etsy so if you want to try and bring back this trend there are quite a few colours.

I'm rather partial to this one after a yellow version of course.
Did you ever have a bubble bag?
What do you think?
