I am lucky to have many special people in my life from my boyfriend to family and friends, but this year I'm going to try and do something nice for myself too. Let's face it, it's easy to get wrapped up and forget about yourself. Whether today you choose to wear something you like to make yourself feel good or whether you buy yourself a little treat at lunch or even just a coffee instead of making one at work, make some time for yourself.
