Oscars Best Dressed . . .

We had the Bafta's at the start of February but now we have had the Oscars.

With much the same happening in regards to awards let's take a look at some of the show stopping outfits that went down the red carpet and appeared on stage.

So lets start with the opening act the fabulous Janelle Monáe, her Ralph Lauren red carpet look was rather special don't you think.

Next onto the lovely Florence Pugh, now she had a statement dress on at the Bafta's but I much preferred this Oscar look. This time Florence was in a beautiful Louis Vuitton number.

A shimmering look from actress Zazie Beetz from designer Thom Browne. I love everything about this look, she also has an incredible look for Bafta so one to keep an eye on for future awards.

Presenter for Best Supporting Actor the amazing Regina King wore a stunning pale pink Versace number. How beautiful is this silhouette.

Olivia Coleman made it on the Bafta list and she has made it again on the Oscar list in this sophisticated velvet Stella McCartney number.

Now this actress did have a ethereal dress on at the Baftas but I think unfortunately it just washed her out,. Now at the Oscars Kaitlyn Dever looked breathtaking in this Louis Vuitton

Love the dresses (both Valentino) but also their presenting of Best Production Design and Costume Design awards the magnificent Maya Rudolph and Kristen Wig. Please do another film together!

Can we also just say how fab did actress Diane Keaton look presenting with Keanu Reeves. I really love her style also did you see their flirty exchange, cheeky.

All the Elsa's too 💙, I thought this was a lovely moment we never really get to see or think of, the talent who help take the films international.

In general this year aside from the above I feel like lots of the other actresses played it safe with lovely but quite unimaginative outfits. Let's ramp it up again next years ladies!

Can I also just say Parasite winning Best Picture 🍾🍾🍾 if you have not watched it yet make sure you do it is really incredible.

The Girl with the Yellow Bag
